Prescription Requesting Methods

The follow are the ways the Practice can accept prescription requests:

• Attending the Practice Face to Face
• Using the NHS App/Patient Access
• Through our Practice Website

We are unable to take requests over the telephone. This is for patient safety.

We are also unable to take requests via econsult. This tool is primarily used for health condition advice.
