By local arrangements we continue to support our patients to access general practice appointments from 6pm-8pm via Durham Dales Health Federation and offer appointments for the same . Patients can access these appointments before 6pm via our reception team, or after 6pm via 111. The ICB is aware of these arrangements.
Between 12pm and 1pm our service at reception and on the phone lines will be limited due to staff lunchtimes. We endeavour to help anyone calling into the practice between these times.
